Pallavi Ganti
President & CEO
Pallavi Ganti, a Maryland native, is a forward-thinking business and technology leader with a strong foundation in strategy, innovation, and execution. She holds a degree in Business Technology Administration from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, along with a minor in Technical Writing, and a master's in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University. Pallavi brings experience across academia and healthcare as a results-driven business analyst and has supported workforce development initiatives as a project coordinator for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps Program. Her leadership style is grounded in clarity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Judy Amaya
Operations Manager
Judy Amaya serves as the Operations Manager at R&B Services Inc., where she leads internal operations, human resources functions, and project coordination efforts to support efficient and compliant business performance. She brings a strong background in operations, communications, and program support, with experience spanning government, healthcare, and research-driven environments. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland. Her academic background provides a strong foundation in organizational systems, compliance, and process improvement, which applies to her operational leadership role.
